BMG is currently looking for motivated, goal orientated, and experienced shift leaders to staff our Smashburger or Dunkin franchise locations within Ronald Reagan National Airport.

 

Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:

• Strong leadership skills, extensive experience leading shifts and team members

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved

• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on franchise and company standards

• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Open availability (Holidays/nights and weekends a must)

• Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Ensure that food is prepared timely and comes out simultaneously with other items included in orders

• Develop and assign tasks to team members and oversee completion of tasks

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

• Ensure shifts are adequately staffed, in some instances assume responsibility for performing other duties when short staffed

• Train new hires and experienced team members on changes to their duties

• Resolve customer issues and approve exceptions to policy for food returns or other concerns

Guest Services Crew Members (Cashiers)

BMG is currently looking for motivated, goal orientated, and experienced crew members to support the operations at our Smashburger or Dunkin franchise locations within Ronald Reagan National Airport. The guest service crew are the first contact with the operation and require exceptional customer service skills.

​

Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:

• Customer service oriented

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn tasks quickly and execute in a fast-paced setting

• One year or more of prior experience in the food service industry

• Detail orientated and ability to multi-task

• Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check

• Basic Math competency 

 

Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Greeting guests in a positive and professional manner

• Taking food orders from guests and ensuring accuracy of orders

• Completing sales transactions on cash registers, providing correct change to guests

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to guests

• Going above and beyond to ensure exceptional guest experience

• Ensure working environment is always clean

• Adherence to sanitation, cleanliness regulations, and food safety standards

• Maintain strict adherence to all operational and franchise quality standards

• Flexibility for work schedules (Holidays/nights, early morning, and weekends a must)

The job qualifications we are looking for:

• Proven cooking experience in a fast food restaurant environment

• One year or more of prior experience in the food service industry

• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

• Open availability (Holidays/nights and weekends a must)

• Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong verbal communication skills 

 

The responsibilities for this position include:           

• Cook menu items according to established franchise and company standards

• Ensure that food is prepared timely and comes out simultaneously with other items included in orders

• Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.

• Comply with sanitation and cleanliness regulations and safety standards

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
